A B2B SaaS startup in the HR tech space needed to establish thought leadership and drive qualified leads through content.

The client had a functional blog but published sporadically with no clear strategy. Their content was not aligned with search intent, and they had no lead magnet or email nurture sequence in place. They needed a systematic content engine that would attract, educate, and convert their target audience of HR managers and small business owners.

I developed a complete content marketing framework: audience research, keyword strategy, pillar page architecture, content production workflows, email nurturing sequences, and performance measurement dashboards. The strategy was designed to be scalable and sustainable.
