A mid-size e-commerce brand selling home decor products was struggling with low organic visibility despite having quality products and a well-designed website.

The client had been in business for 3 years but relied heavily on paid ads for traffic. Their organic search presence was minimal — ranking only for 12 low-volume branded keywords. They needed a sustainable, long-term organic strategy to reduce dependency on ad spend and build brand authority.

I conducted a full technical SEO audit, competitive landscape analysis, and keyword gap analysis. The project spanned 4 months and included on-page optimization, content strategy, technical fixes, and a strategic link-building campaign.
